Came in around 5 and ordered two drinks, they forgot the pearls in one and were more than happy to redo my order and apologized.... Leaving the store found out the lid wasn?t sealed, a worker off shift sitting in their car saw and offered to go in and re-sealit for me. Great customer service! Would gladly come again. Read more
I find the pearls over here is a tad more chewy and not as soft as other bubble tea places, but the brown sugar coffee milk tea... I got still had a good taste. We find this place also makes your drink a bit sweeter with even a light sugar level than otherplaces, so next time we'll do even less sugar Read more
I am not exaggerating - this is the only place I want to get bbt from in the lower mainland. I live in Richmond and I happily... drive to the coquitlam gong cha because out of all the places I've tried so far, this is the only one with non-dairy milk. TodayI asked for non-dairy milk and the manager literally ran across the street to buy more for me because they were out. How oftendo you see that kind of customer service? Gong Cha is actually one of the few places I don't mind spending my money on. The drinks are pretty generic with some more... extravagant tea options like the butterfly pea tea. To my surprise, the staff were also pretty decent, being polite and givingnice service despite the long and tiring day they told me they had. Flavor-wise was a bit satisfactory. I was a bit saddened tofind out that some drinks came with a set sugar level like the ginger series. I was even more disappointed to see yourexpensive bubble waffles are. They're even more expensive than bubble tea! The atonpshere isn't that bad with lots of teenagersbustling at nighttime and all. I'd come again. I would definitely come again if their bubble waffles weren't so insanelyexpensive. Read more
Drink (tea) taste not bad. Clean and light floor. Dinning area with tables and chairs. Music provided. Table games provided.... Public washrooms available (need to ask for keys). Ordering speed is normal. Serve speed is ok. Employees are nice andfriendly. Credit cards accepted. Free plaza parking available. Coquitlam center shopping mall nearby. An amazing bubble tea experience in Poco. They have excellent flavors. The milk foam is awesome. Value is very high. Bubble... waffles are well prepared. Interior is great with a seated area that has wifi and clean washrooms. Good area for lines becauseit is busy. Staff are very pleasant. They have bike racks nearby and are on a transit route. Parking is accessible from thestrip mall lot. Read more
Bbt is pretty good here. I always get the peach or mango drink with QQ or basil seeds. The service is decent and I like the fact... that they have places to sit and play games or chat. Read more
