I missed adding a dish to my order, but they quickly fixed my omission, cheerfully. Generous portions and good quality foe... fair prices. I will return. Read more

Great experience! Food was fantastic and service was phenomenal. I like how they greet everyone who goes into the restaurant in... japanese (i think). Would recommend this restaurant. Also very clean. Read more

Love the food! ???? It's actually the first place I had sushi at my very first time in Canada 6-7 years ago. I'm a regular ever... since! The staff is also very polite. Read more

For the last 4-5 years Hiram has been our favourite sushi spot in the Tri-Cities by a mile. I love their spicy salmon sashimi... and rolls. Often order their dinner boxes and am consistently satisfied. They just recently opened up in door dining which isgreat because their customer service has always been warm and attentive. Read more

My older brother and I went to Hiraku Sushi on the day it opened. Since then, I have refused to eat sushi from anywhere else. It... has been delicious every single time. The owner, Andrew, is close with my brother and is incredibly kind to us, and so is thestaff. I have not once gotten sick consuming their raw products, and their serving sizes are incredibly generous for the price. The dine-in experience with the decor and music are absolutely worth it, but during these trying pandemic times, take-out willstill suffice. The greatest sushi in the Tri-Cities, anything else pales in comparison. Read more

Last two times I had raw fish in other stores, one was not fresh and the other one was straight up rotten. Im CRYING at how good... the sashimi from Hiraku is. My palette?s savior, restored my faith in Sashimi. Look at this portion size. Look at this quality!(I already had some so it?s actually not full, but it doesn?t look half full at all) Read more

Today, I was super disappointed by the quality of the rolls - they were really small and falling apart. Hardly anycrab in the California or dynamite rolls. I hope it was just a one-off and not a decision from management to reduce quality. Read more
