nothing special. bolognese tasted like tomato sauce that was just poured in and mixed with the noodles. The meat, sauce, noodles... did not blend together at all. same goes for Carbonara. no rich flavor, everything all separate.. just fresh cream sauce andcouple bacon on the top. Read more
