Did not receive our meal delivery so I called the restaurant. The person was very apologetic and said the driver delivered it to... the wrong address. He said he would resend the order through Skip the Dishes and that they would ring the doorbell. Waitedanother hour then checked a d found the first order sitting on our doorstep, cold and completely the wrong food. Tried to callnumerous times but only got a busy signal. Very frustrating!!!! Ordered via Uber eats, food arrived within estimated time frame (40 mins), tasted delicious and was pretty warm considering. I... had the Famous Chicken Ultimate Box Meal. Wanted to try out the famous KFC chicken burger. Not as great as I hoped it would be, the crunch wasn?t all there and the... chicken was bland but I did like the pickles. The place could use a decent upgrade since it does look dirty inside while Iwalked in. I don?t think I will go back to try again even. I found a hair in my chicken and my fries were stale. I spent over 50$ . I called to let them mainly know about the hair in my... chicken. They then proceeded to say that I was lying unless I had a picture. I spat out the hair along with my chicken in thegarbage so I did not have a picture. Such bad costumer service.
