This place used to be really good. I used to love their regular ninja milk tea but now it tastes almost like water, which is... upsetting. I would come here with my son and get him fries, which he loved. Customer service is always amazing, though. Read more

Went on a weekday (late) evening, approximately half an hour before closing. There was a line consisting of a few people, which... made for a 5-10 minute wait before ordering. The menu is quite extensive with many options for customization, so the time inline was well spent. There are a number of different sizes to choose from with a very fair price point for the amount ofdrink. Ordered a passion fruit lemon refresher and watermelon milk without any additional toppings. Drinks were made uponordering within 5 minutes. Staff were polite and patient with ordering and very diligent in their work despite thebusyness. Delicious, decent sized regular poke bowls. They have an offer where you get half off drinks if you get the regular bowls which... is a great deal. Friendly staff and quick food, though they can get a bit busy around 3 PM. I always try to go here once a week! Read more
Yummy bubble tea, never disappointed! Sometimes the lines can get long and for some reason there isn't a sense of urgency to get... all hands on deck to punch drinks out but I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes and this certainly isn't a largechain type place so it's not too bad. This joint is rad and has cemented itself as my favoriteBubble Tea go-to for numerous reasons. I got the almighty yummy Matcha Slush with Lychee Jelly which is the perfect one-twopunch combo of bitter, bold & rich matcha flavor with a good old sweet tooth injection from the jello. Their matcha is anexcellent grade and contains no added sugar or premix. An awesome drink, super tasty with fresh wholesome natural ingredientsand served with a friendly five-star service. One of the reasons Ninja is so kickass, is their quality of drinks is better thaneverywhere else but also provides incredible value for money whilst also offering litre size options which are HUGE! They alsohave a very vast and customizable menu for lots of different types and flavors to curb your tastebuds cravings, whilst alsooffering us great plant-based milk options (Silk refrigerated) on top of dairy or milk powder based.. I'm always such in such ahappy space after visiting this place and cannot wait to go again. My daughter and I were out with a friend in Coquitlam and we all felt like having a drink so we went to Ninja Bubble Tea. It's a... cute shop with a lot of greenery adorning the walls on one side of the shop, and comic book covers on the other side of theshop. Slushy drinks are my daughter's favorite, so she ordered a Peach slushie. I was in the mood for something hot and when Icaught sight of the words "Honeydew Latte" on the menu, I decided to give that a try. Peach slushie: So good, she ordered thesame drink again, about one week later! Honeydew Latte: Awesome! I've seen Honeydew drinks in Bubble tea shops many times, butalways as a cold drink. This was the first time I'd seen and tasted a hot Honeydew drink. The Honeydew flavor was verypronounced. Such a unique flavor for a hot beverage and it was simply fantastic!
