I had big order of pizzas with all kinds of allergies, from dairy to peppers, including gluten free. This was for school with... children with special needs. I also required this on short notice and ask everything to be labeled and ready at specific time.Cindy was so welcoming and assuring that everything will be delivered as expected that she made this very easy. Food is good but the Sevice was so so ... ????
Ordered a half chicken taco and half Hawaiian and they Delivered the half chicken taco missing the lettuce, tomato and sour... cream (so basically half the toppings). I called customer service they apologized and told us they?ll deliver the right pizza wewaited another 30 minutes and when we got the new pizza the guy delivering kept questioning what was wrong with our orderpreviously. When we opened the remake pizza all the toppings was pushed to the side like the guy delivering was driving too fastwhich is no problem but when eating the first slice of the new pizza the dough was raw in the middle and the chicken taco isstill missing sour cream. Always perfect with the order Very clean store from the pics. Love their specialty Pizza. My favorite is NYC deli, tropical... Hawaiian, BDC, BBQ chicken and veggie korma. Parking space is not a problem. It is in Burquitlam plaza. Service is good. Oh nowashroom for customer. Two seats. Read more
Daddy's night to make dinner. Got the GF crust in all three pizzas with Daiya veggie cheese on the veggie pizzas, making them... vegan. The GF crust is one of the best we have tried. The veggie pizzas were a hit: garden veggie and primo vegetarian. Theprimo chicken was good however the cheese blend seemed different from I remember. It's a decent blend, but could be better. Wedo wish their prices were lower however they are running a business with good ingredients. We will eat their pizza again andwould recommend it. Read more
Wow this location is brand new and the pizzas they make here are disgusting and overpriced. I think I've had it with panago. For... the price you pay for a pizza here you should get excellent quality but this was just terrible. My advice walk a couple hundredfeet South to Pizza Factory where you can get a pizza just as good or better in my opinion for at least half the price. Will notbe coming back. Read more
