I had a credit of $40 well I have a credit of $40 at this location and I tried to just order pizza and wings tonight and I kept... on getting upselled by the customer service rep that I was speaking to. I kept on saying to her all I want is a create your ownpizza Wings and possibly a drink I must have said it three or four times and it's now almost 10:00 to 11:00 at night and I hadto end up hanging up the phone on her because she wasn't listening to what I was saying she kept on telling me about other dealsthat I couldn't even understand what she was saying to me so yeah. So thanks pizza hut now I'm starving and I didn't get to getpizza tonight I appreciate it. Huge let down Read more
Fine dining it is not; let?s get over that. Fro sure better than Dominos or Fresh slice and maybe Pana. Has Boston Pizza type... crust but the toppings aren?t as good or more. Still searching for my fave pizza joint! Read more
Great pizza. First time having the hut in a decade but thoroughly enjoyed it with my 3 year old.
Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I ordered my regular pizza special that i've ordered multiple times... before. When it came, the delivery person informed me the price was almost double what I was quoted. I showed him my orderconfirmation on email and guided him on where the offer is listed on the official pizza hut website. Driver still wants tocollect the larger price. We call repeatedly until we reach the manager. the pizza hut manager also wants to collect the largerprice. I guide her to the website and also even send her my email confirmation of my order. She says she will call me backshortly. She never does. delivery guy then knocks on my door again and says he will cover the difference if I pay what isshown on my order confirmation. I say that he doesn't need to cover the difference because that is not what I agreed to paywhen I made the online order. Since when does a customer have to argue for 15+ minutes to pay what is listed on the website andconfirmed via email order confirmation? In summary, the experience was a lesson in how to make a regular customer feel like athief and ruin years of goodwill. some serious training needed here! Read more
It took like 15 minutes to get my small pizza but it was good and crispy. I think it could be better.
Got the special of the day, veggie delight and the walk in special with 2 toppings. Ordered over the phone and pizza was hot and... fresh ready for pick up when I arrived at the store 15 min later. Ordered butter chicken pizza with no peppers and a meat lovers. We got pepperoni and... I'm not even sure, maybe bbq chicken?... With peppers. When we called to complain, they said we could pick up the correct order. Pardon? We paid a delivery charge, wewant our order. And then the stupid new wings boxes were leaking and dented. There is hardly any sauce on the wings. I can'tbelieve they are ok with this as a business. Every single time we order from this place they screw it up. Read more
Order was made incorrectly and when I phoned the store a rude person said ?I just make what I?m told to by the call centre. If... you have a problem call them.? The pizza itself was not very fresh. In general Pizza Hut is good, but you can give thisfranchise a miss. Presentation was also not ideal (they sliced some pepperoni onto the Hawaiian half).
