Order family meal, ask for mild?15-20 minutes go bye, 3 people after me got their food/orders before me. I basically had to... keep asking where is my order and they said 2-3 minutes but overheard their staff (who was mostly chit chatting galore in back)say 5-10 minutes and I called them out as I said I want a refund and they kept saying only 2 more minutes. Pretty new location, cameby for lunch chicken burger combo. Spacious and good seating dining area, restroom were clean and tidy.... Staff were really on point making sure, their new store stays looking nice and clean. Service was quick, staff did an excellentjob serving me hot fresh food. Loved the place. Awesome food, onion rings were little greecy, but on the whole it was amazing, the spicy burger was fantastic.... Order took less than a minute to be served. Amazing.... Fast service with exceptional quality and hygiene. Read more

Worst chicken I?ve had. For $30+ it came with 4 small pieces of chicken (leg and thigh), gravy was too salty, small portion of... fries, chicken in chicken sandwich was SO SOGGY but DRY on the inside.. how is that even possible? The POCO location is waybetter. Matter of fact, just go to Church?s instead for some large juicy fresh chicken - 3pc with fries and drink for only $10its way more worth it. I have never had Popeyes before and this just opened up in Coquitlam and I wanted to try! Beautiful new location. Shared parking... with white spot. And drive thru window They had ALOT of the employees working the day I came in. Yet to make our meals it tookabout 15 minutes maybe ? What I did love is that they had a woman going around to the tables asking if they needed anything andI?d she could bring our meals to us. She never ended up bringing our meal I went to the counter but I really appreciated thegesture. Made it more than just another fast food joint. I ordered the chicken strips. I asked if I wanted my chicken spicy ormedium and I said Spicy. But they came completely plain (regular). The Mac n cheese was also not good. It tastes mostly like Iwas eating flour and water. Definitely needed more salt. For two meals and gravy it same to about 30$ for both. I wouldn?t sayI was overly happy with the meal. The chicken tastes great. But the service is slow, and they didn?t get the order correctunfortunately.
