My odder was misisng the poutine so i returned it on the spot for replacement. . Waitress said to kitchen staff loudly he... touched his food so just throw a little bit of cheese and a side gravy on the same now cold fries. felt out of place whilereturning the food, waitress shown signs of frustration and was mad at me for coming back. I was accused of touching the food(I did not, I only opened the package infront of the waitress to see the missing items. No apology was give what so ever, whilebeing mad at me! waitress professionalism was beyond any experienced I had anywhere and food was very cold as the fries was notreplaced, only sprinkes( almost no cheese)of curd cheese with a side gravy was added to the same cold fries. I haven't been to a Red Robin in so long that I have forgotten what their burgers tasted like. But I do remember I loved their... onion rings. If you sign up for their rewards program, you can get a free burger anytime on your birthday month. You justredeem it by telling them your rewards number which is your phone number that you signed up with. I tried their Madlove burgerwith a side of onion rings. Onion rings were still as good as I remembered especially with the sauce. The burger however, waslacking a lot of flavor. The only 'sauce' was the jalapeno relish and since there was so little of it, the whole burger was verydry. There were 2 thick slabs of tomato (which I love) but since everything else had a lack of flavor, the burger just tastedlike meat and tomatoes. The jalapeno relish did not shine through at all. There were supposed to be 3 different cheese on it,provolone, swiss, and crispy parmesan. However, I couldnt taste it much either. The meat itself was a little on the drier sideas well. No juice ran out of the burger as I ate it. I tried a bit of my friends Buzzin chicken sandwich. It was also verybland. Subtle hot sauce flavors. Not much really on it - just lettuce, tomato and few slices of jalapenos. He commented that thefries were really good, moreso than the sandwich. This place gets quite busy.
