Was JUST there and the whole team was so nice despite the rush happening. Stupid me I totally knocked my whooooole frappe over... while trying to put the straw in and made a big mess right by the door, so embarrassed!! The whole staff was so understandingand got me another drink so quick! I wish I could leave more then a $5 tip on the app as I had no more cash with me because thestaff was amazing. During black Friday weekend no less!!! Best service I got in the whole mall all day. Read more

My biggest problem with this location is that staff don?t read order labels and always make my drinks wrong. To their credit,... staff here are actually nice and will remake it without complaint, and lack of order comprehension is probably because they getquite busy. Read more

This is a pretty busy location being in the mall and I always find it kind of cramped when waiting for my order, so I don't... often choose to go here. But they always provide quick, efficient and courteous service, so I've never been unhappy and it's whyI would go back when I'm in the area, it's just not my location of choice. Their quality is that of any other Starbucks -decent. Read more

Coquitlam centre Starbucks?Very bad service attitude. I'm not talking about new employees. The staff here clearly saw me... waiting there for a long time, deliberately included my breakfast Wrap, put 3 or 4 breakfast Wrap in it, and didn't take themout for us, she should put the hot burritos in Outside, let's see. Everyone was very anxious and busy in the morning. She wasvery strange. When I protested, she stared at me coldly without apologizing. She had a very fierce expression! Starbucks is pretty standard issue, but the service excellence demonstrated by Spencer today was truly incredible. He went above... and beyond to acknowledge my children as important customers through the door. Well done. Will definitely prioritize coming tothis branch again. Read more

They always have missing items and making mistakes on the drinks. Why is it so hard to get orders out correctly? July 26th,... 2022 update I have asked if I could cancel my order and the response that they gave me was they can but they will not give meany refund. Why Starbucks kept hiring people who don't know how to give proper responses for situations like these. The properresponse is " Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund because the order is prepared already, sorry for your inconvenience. Isthere anything else I can assist you with?" The customer service is very bad and Starbucks need to train them a lot harder orhire better employees. Read more

I came to this location for the first time to get my usual Starbucks order of an iced matcha latte with brown sugar syrup. The... drink tasted only of sweetened milk with no trace of matcha flavour whatsoever. I also asked for light ice but half the cup wasfull of ice. I went back to the counter and explained that I get this drink often and that it only tasted of milk and sugar. Thebarista asked me if I wanted additional matcha added. I agreed, thinking that he would take my drink and add matcha to ithimself. However, he simply handed me a small cup with matcha powder. I had thought that policy was to remake the drink.Instead, I had to stir the matcha powder in myself, but it remained floating at the top. Really disappointed with the serviceand the drink I received. Read more
