And more attitude as she clearly labeled our drinks so we didn't confuse them with huge writing like i couldn't read theactual tea bag tag. It sucks when customer service, and I mean the basics, aren?t trained or hired anymore. A lot of mistakes lately that could be... fixed by management who just seem to be downloading a really bad attitude. The staff is friendly and well-behaved even at the time the store is super busy and they have tons of things to do. My husband... and I got the dragon fruit lemonade and strawberry coconut drink, which were both tasty. Read more

I?ve visited this Starbucks twice in the past couple of weeks and pretty sure I won?t again because it takes so long to get an... order. I gave 2 stars because it is clean and there is a lot of parking. On my last visit at around 3:30pm on a Thursday, therewas one person ahead of me to order and 3 people waiting for drinks. No one sitting inside. I ordered a simple drink - a vanillalatte. It took 14 mins from the time I ordered to the time my drink was in my hand! There were 4 employees working but they hadso many pick up orders to fill that the people that walked in just had to wait. I really wished they would have said at the timeof order that the anticipated wait time was 10-15 mins. My coffee drink was just okay. My advise - let people know the expectedwait time. This will set expectations and reduce customer frustration. Read more
4:25 pm was the perfect time of the day to come in since there were not too many people at Starbucks. The girl who took my order... was very friendly and professional. She was very polite to everyone. The seats were arranged perfectly for social distancing.The restaurant was bright even though it was dark and rainy outside. The muffin was warm and tasty and the Pumpkin spice Latewas amazing ???? It has been quite a while since I has been to Starbucks and I look forward to coming back again soon. Read more
I wasn?t happy with this brach at all!! They got my order wrong and my coffee was so cold! I asked for bacon-style turkey... cheddar and white egg, breakfast sandwich and they gave me Turkey bacon sdw!!! Read more
