2 ppl in line, took over 15 mins to get two drinks, not workers fault. Only one person working here.
they make their employees work ALONE in the mornings. i actually left the line and went to lougheed instead. A starbucks... employee should never be left alone there should always be two workers especially when they?re slow and nervous about everythingand everyone. i really dislike franchise starbucks? they have so much money as a corporation they shouldn?t put so much stressonto their student and immigrant workers. lol Read more
Usually don't write reviews but wanted to warn others. I went in today and ordered 2 drinks, one cold brew and one peach green... tea lemonade with no cane syrup. An older lady made the cold brew, which is quite straightforward and the younger lady(in-training on her name tag) was making the peach green tea lemonade. I clearly saw the girl put a pump of syrup in my drinkand then tries to pour the top layer of syrup out and continues by covering it up with more lemonade. It wasn't the biggest dealto me but I was shocked as she didn't bother to remake the drink. When I got the drink, it did not look like the peach green tealemonade at all. I took a sip and it was straight up lemonade. I was in a rush as I waited for over 5 minute for my 2 drinks(when there was no one infront of me)- when there were 2 workers. I didn't want have time to ask them to make me a new one butam completely baffled at the fact that they tried to just remove the syrup from the drink and continued on. Read more
Nice place to sit and have a coffee. Stopped going recently though because they always seem to be closing early and at different... times, so it's essentially unpredictable whether or not they'll be open past mid afternoon. Read more
I left a 4 star rating because I felt bad for the girl who works at this Starbucks location. This place basically runs on a... skeleton crew of one staff and as a result it's hard for this store to go anywhere. When I get there I'm first in line. But thepeople behind me have to wait for the girl to finish my order before proceeding with theirs. And none of this is her fault. It'sthe fault of the whichever regional head office/manager person who evaluated and decided to open up a tiny store. I asked thegirl if she knows how much calories is in one of the featured frappuccino drinks, she says it's probably about the same as otherfrappuccino drinks, so no nutritional chart at this location. I asked what's the difference between the two cold brew coffee andshe told me they're all out of cold brew coffee, so no proper inventory. If you want your caffeine fix and couldn't be botheredto make it yourself, then I guess this Starbucks will do the tricks. But don't bother coming if you want the complete Starbucksexperience. I just don't know what they were thinking when they design this franchise location. Read more
Unfortunately severely understaffed but always come out with the right order. If you can bear the long wait times.
