Every time I go to subway at this location, Sultan always seems to have great attention to detail, and great proportions. Always... appears friendly with other customers and leaves me with a smile on my face. Give this man a raise and a half! Read more

Laziest and slowest Subway I've seen so far! I asked for a platter and first he said "I can't!!" and then he said it'll take 2... hours to make me go somewhere else. They were just chatting with each other and I was the only one in the store. Read more

I accidently ordered my sandwich to this location instead of the one by my house. I was advised to call them immediately by a... staff at the subway I usually go to, as their app has 0 costumer service and no way to contact anyone with the problem. I triedcalling the location 20-25 different times throughout the next 3 following days. No one picked up. I finally made the long tripto their location and was greeted by a very rude employee. When I asked what I should do in this circumstance he said "I'm notsure and that he can not do anything for me". So I asked to speak to the manager or get the managers contact. He refused toprovide a number and took my number. He insured that I would get a call, as I lived very far away and that I would probably just let the situation go and lose my money if I don't get a call back. As you would expect by now, no call back. Terrible app,terrible customer service. Thankfully I have lots of friends in the area that I will share the story with. Read more

Absolutely the worst customer service! I went in and ordered 2 subs, one gluten free and one on regular bread. The woman began... making the regular sub then proceeded to say there was no gf bread left. At that point I told her nevermind on the other sub asI would have to go to another subway for gf bread. She said it was too late and I had to buy the sub regardless... To top it offshe put the wrong sauce on the sub she forced me to purchase. I go to this subway location and I get the same order from thesame older woman twice a week at least... she should not be working in a customer service role as she is very unpleasant to dealwith. I will never return to this subway and I suggest that people avoid this place. Subway I suggest you get new ownership ofthis location... Read more

Unfortunately not a good experience. I was the only one in the store today and the two women working made me wait 10MINUTES... before I was allowed to order because they wanted to complete all of the online orders before serving me. I wanted extra meat,which they didn?t have prepared for the cold cut combo so the woman helping me had to go back and refill the whole containerwhich took another couple of minutes for her to do. The woman seemed a bit out of it, and even laughed/ made fun at the sandwichorder I made which was very uncomfortable to experience. Later while I was eating my sandwich there was someone?s hair BAKEDINTO the bread. I couldn?t finish eating it because it was very gross. From what I could recall I didn?t remember seeing anynetting on their hair which is something that is very important when handling food. It?s sad that I didn?t feel that theircustomer service was up to par. The food wasn?t good. Not only that but also making the customer feel uncomfortable by laughingat their order. For what it's worth, the orders were correct. I feel like they really skimped out on the spinach and really making this more of... a sandwich than just bread. I believe they're having system issues so that may be why there are errors with deliveries but theirway of addressing the problem is terrible. We order on occasion and haven't had the issue with other Subways but this particularlocation went out of their way to call and lecture us about how to place an order and how to only choose one sandwich. Theywouldn't listen to us nor let us even just state that when we ordered a combo it was literally just a multiple choice selectionon the Skip website. They said that we could go to the Subway and show us how to order properly, or in a less confusing mannerfor them? The woman on the other line lectured us on how the way it's viewed in their system makes it very confusing and showsas multiple sandwiches apparently. So they begin the order and then end up having to throw away sandwiches they've startedbecause it's actually just 1 sandwich and not 3. I'm fine and understand systematic issues and lack of clear intuitive UI. Butto call the consumer directly to complain and further a rant that degrades our basic intelligence. They really said if we evercome in, just tell the staff who we are and they'll teach us how to order. It really isn't our fault if the system processesorders in a confusing manner that seems to reiterate the name of the sandwich multiple times, thereafter seemingly showing asseveral sandwiches.
