Employees are fantastic, but...... The guy who owns the place (Brad) is terrible, the way he talks to his employees, and comes... in with the "I am a higher human being than you" vibes. Ordered a footlong combo with drink and chips that was like $14. Went to pay with a $50 bill but they said they dont take 50's... or 100's. The smallest I had was $12 so all I could get was the footlong with NO drink or chips. Unsatisfied!! Cash is supposeto be king.. Read more

Subways can be hit or miss- but this one doesn?t disappoint! Always friendly faces, fresh ingredients, and quick. I met who... seemed to be the owner today who seemed like a great guy (offered my kid a free cookie). Read more
I come to this location at least twice a week, usually right before closing time. I've been a Subways customer for a long time,... but the employees at this restaurant are extremely friendly, polite and they don't mind sharing how their day is going afterthey ask you how yours was. Wish I could leave these guys a tip, but this is one of those rare Subways where you are notpresented with the option to tip when you pay for your food. Read more
I?ve been going to this location for 11 years. I?m a regular and go in anywhere from 1-3 times a week. Though staff members... change over time, they quickly recognize I?m a frequent visitor and make effort to learn my sub. One of the staff members beginsas soon as she sees me pull into the parking lot! I love their service and while there have been some hiccups at times the owneris quick to rectify them. Thanks guys! Greeted in a friendly manner by a lady wearing glasses. She rushed me in placing an order even though it wasn?t busy. I asked... for a few extra toppings when I asked to add another tomato she said in a frustrated voice that she already did, then she dumpedsauce on the sandwich. I went into this location today to try and redeem a promo on the subway app. Unfortunately I was not able too but the employee... Bawan was very helpful in the process. He tried his hardest to help me figure it out and was very apologetic when it wouldn?twork. This app problem had nothing to do with him but he still was as helpful as he could be. This makes you realize that appscan?t replace good customer service. I can honestly say this is among the best customer service I have had at a restaurant inyears. I don?t know if this man is part of management but if he isn?t he should be. 5 stars and I haven?t even tried the foodyet. Read more
