Friendly service. I order ahead on the app and they always have my order ready when I arrive. Subs are tasty and made correctly.... Place is rarely busy at dinner time and staff is very nice. Prices are a great deal if you use the weekly deals on the app orwebsite. Read more

Lady currently working at the restaurant Jan. 24, 2022, 3:40PM is so rude and incompetent. I came in with two coupons for a free... 6? sub. Without even looking at the coupons, she said that they?re expired. I looked at the dates on the back and politely said?it looks like they are valid from January to March. She kept snapping back saying they were expired, again, without evenlooking at them. I finally turned them over to the front where in plain text it said ?Valid from January through March. I thenheld the coupons facing towards her. She finally took them from me and didn?t even apologize. She continued to give me attitudeand couldn?t retain any of the information for my order. Had to repeat myself several times. Enough with these rude, arrogantworkers. Tired of this trashy customer service! Read more

They can never seem to have the meat heated. Nothing like taking a bite of previously frozen chicken I guess. I started to write... this review a while back and thought it seemed harsh but it's honest. For cold cuts they're great. For chicken or any kind ofbacon. This is the worst subway I've gone to in my entire life. It look me 34 min from starting my order to leaving the store. The... single TRAINING worker was ALONE the entire time. I thought she was crazy talking to her self while making the sandwiches at thespeed of a sloth running for its life. Turns out she had apple air buds in one of her ears. Probably talking to who ever wasdoing a horrid time coaching her from home. My 4 year old makes sandwiches faster. Someone else with one arm could have beenfaster. In fact, I could have made it home and made a PB&J, tossed it off my deck and made another then eaten it faster. Don'tgo here. Trust me. I suffered and I don't want the rest of you to do the same. I went here with my friend. We got her sub no problem, then it came to me. I told her what I wanted and said nothing. She put my... sub (without extra cheese, which I asked for) on the toasting thing. I asked politely if I could not eat it toasted and withextra cheese. She never asked me if I wanted it toasted. Her name is Rose. She gave me a dirty look, glared, and muttered underher breath ?oh my god?. Then angrily took off my chicken.
