Horrible experience. The lady working Friday morning was unprofessional and rude. Just wanted to order the $5 for 2 sidekicks... but she said I can't order the bacon and egg, which is cheaper than the crispy chicken she is forcing me to get. Burned mysidekicks by baking in the microwave oven twice and deliberately chose the thinnest slice of tomato. Honestly the worst subwayexperience I ever had and I have gone to a good number of different subways. I can see why this subway has a lower score thanthe rest of the other franchises. Read more
After leaving with our order, I have a stomach ache from the woman making our four subs, yelling at me I told her in a proper... volume and tone, we'd like one sub with a meal deal. After paying and asking for the cookie, as we had the drink, "you did nottell me, you just said the drink'. When clarifying I had told her three time, she yelling at me 'stop yelling at me'. Istopped talking. 'I'll give you the cookie for free, but you didn't tell me she is yelling'. My friend who is 11 looks at meand yes you didn't yell, and we are not coming back'. Read more
Not impressed...and never really have been with this location, its ways something. Why do i go back My? Because my kids go to... martial arts by there and so we went in today to grabbed a few sandwiches. Got home 20 min later and one of the sandwiches thebread is so hard that it just crummbed in dust when trying to eat it. The worst part, it was one of kids sandwiches. Honest imdone never going back. Dont go there. Better go somewhere else. Staff need more training and need to ve faster, productive, efficient. The girl asked... the guy to help her in the front, he said he was busy cleaning something. Besides, there weren't 2 types of bread and noguacamole at 3:20 pm. Read more
Over the past few years I have eaten here at this location at least once a month. On the weekends later in the evening (after... 8pm) I found the bread and ingredients were not that fresh which brings the taste way down. So I would avoid those times, butusually I go during the weekdays 11am-5pm always been fresh and really good. Unlike some subways this location won?t skimp onthe toppings, if you say lots of tomatoes they actually load it up without becoming grumpy or grouchy. Friendly staff and cleanrestaurant! Read more
I have been here multiple times and theres a difference in service between the servers. Theres one girl with glasses who serves... very well and then we come across the second one who isnt happy in the late hours of serving and doesnt listen to theinstructions well at all. The sauces are less. Lettuce a lot and other veggies less too. We got to a point where we got tired oftelling her the same thing over and over again and let her make the order according to her. I would rather visit other subwayoutlets. Because im munching on a very dry sub right now. Read more
