Minimum 25 min wait for drive through. Don’t understand how slow fast food can consistently be. By the time you get it you... food is cold and soggy. Always hoping for it to be decent as there isn’t any real locations in Metro Vancouver so real have nooptions. Only reason why this place is still operating. Absolutely the worst service ever. I pulled up to the drive through at exactly 3.40 pm 2 cars were ahead of me it took almost 10... mins to just get to the speaker to order when someone told me to wait I waited another 5 mins to order. Then had to wait 10mins to get my food So it took exactly 25 minutes to get my 1 Supreme crunch meal. Are you kidding me!!!! Then I start eating it and there is 0 beef ,????? As u can see by the pic It has no meat what so ever. I will never go back even though I live tacobell when I get what I order and not wait 25 mins for a small 1 persons meal. And no apologies nothing 2 cars I found of meneither of them had big meals from what I could see with bags that were given So unacceptable. My beef less beef Supreme crunch???? Read more

I recently decided to give this place another chance after having some bad experiences in the past. Nothing has changed in the... past few months at this Taco Bell. The first problem I encountered is that they were out of chicken. I was going to order aChicken Quesadilla but I had to opt for a Cheese Quesadilla instead. I got the quesadilla meal, which included a side and adrink. For my side, I chose a Poutine (additional upcharge) and a Mountain Dew Baja Blast. I also ordered a Beef Burrito andCinnamon Twists on the side. Paid for my order and waited about ~5 minutes for it. When I got to my table, which wasn't veryclean, I checked my bag and it was missing 2 of the items in my order. The Beef Burrito and the Cinnamon Twists magicallydisappeared. I went back to the front counter and they gave me 2 Beef Burritos as compensation for the troubles as well as myCinnamon Twists. I returned to my table, with hopes high that I am going to eat a delicious meal. Nope. My Cinnamon Twistshad... no cinnamon. I once again made the trek back to the front counter, and the people who work there just gave me a puzzledlook. I said the Cinnamon Twists had no cinnamon on them.. one of the employees finally understood after asking anotheremployee. She took my plain Cinnamon Twists to the back and added the cinnamon sugar powder to them. After all this, I wasfinally ready to eat. And the food was alright, but after the troubles I had, this place deserves a 1 star. Read more

Just picked a doordash order. No pickup instructions were specified in the description. Picked the order from the drive thru and... one of the staff member who handed the order(girl) was rude and said next time come into the store. If she could be a littlepolite than won't be a problem but she was rude. You said next time come into the store. Next time am not even coming into thisstore. This location is a combined Taco Bell and KFC. Went during late afternoon and ordered dine-in. Pictured here is the 4pc. Chicken... Big box meal (spicy version) which comes with fries, 20 oz. fountain drink, and a side of your choice (I picked coleslaw). Thechicken is moist and superbly crispy, right amount of spice. Fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned (asked for ketchup coz Ilove dipping them in ketchup when I don’t have malt vinegar available). The drink, you pretty much help yourself at themachine and the coleslaw was just so-so. There were 4 people ahead of me in line, 2 huge skip the dishes orders so I felt likewait was a bit long. Took them 22 minutes to get my order ready. The lady who took my order at the till was friendly. She wasquite nice and asked if I wanted ketchup and hot sauce when she presented my meal to me. Came here with another person who didtakeout so his order was right after mine and came out 27 minutes to-go for the Taco Bell value box combo which comes withburrito or tacos (your choice), fries, and 20 oz. fountain drink.
