Ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich. drove back to work to take a bite and realize they forgot the roast beef. so I drove... back, and they did replace it not a problem. but how does one forget the main component of a sandwich. If i could put 0, I would. Every single time I go to this tims, its always garbage. My orders are always wrong, items missing... and long wait times. Whenever you try to get it corrected, they look at you like you're speaking an alien language and have twoheads. This is what they gave me for a large ice cap. After asking it to be remade as they had messed up previously. Saveyourself the headache. Go to another tims. Its worth the gas, even at 2$ a litre. Read more
This will be worse Tim Horton you will ever go to . Every time I go there there is a line up from where they take your order .... They are the most slow for order taking inside and the drive though. And I kid you not they have never got my order right .Coffee is cold most of the time . They are very rude when you say your order was wrong. We passed by here on Oct 28 around 2100H on our way to the movie theater just to grab coffees. We decided to come in and order... because there wasn't a line up when we got there ... HUGE MISTAKE. We were kept waiting by the staff because she made up hermind to finish mopping the floor before taking our orders. I tried to get the attention by asking "anyone can help us here?".Her reply was " I'll be there". Then she took our order after she mopped the floor WITHOUT TAKING HER USED GLOVES NOR WASHINGHER HANDS FROM MOPPING AND DECIDED TO MAKE OUR DRINKS. I ASKED HER "Are those the same gloves you used when you mopped thefloor?". HER RESPONSE WAS " I AM NOT TOUCHING FOOD" DOES THAT MEAN IT IS OK? OF COURSE NOT!!!!!! People who are serving foodor made-beverages should be very mindful and considerate on how they do things to keep their patrons safe. Improper food ordrink preparation/handling can cause GASTROENTERITIS and they can be held liable for that. FYI Read more
