Extremely slow never have what I order ahead on the app they keep taking orders when they?re 60 orders behind. Maybe should wait... until current customers are served before committing to more you can?t serve. By far worst Tim Hortons in the area it?s fasterto walk 15 mins and back to another location. I ordered a large cold brew with two cream one sugar, and the cashier asked me to repeat my order twice, but then put in a hot... coffee with no sugar. I told the barista that I?d ordered a cold one but she refused to let me explain and told me I could payagain for their mistake. I work in food service, and I make mistakes, but I don?t blame the customer then ask them to pay doublefor something I did wrong. Read more
I can go to Tim,s have a breakfast sandwich, a medium coffee and a muffin for $7.13. Not bad .went up bit like every thing else... out there. At Starbucks a small ( tall ) coffee and a muffin. $5.99. If I want a sandwich it'll be $4.95 or more. Now we're over$10. If u wanna save a lil I think you know what to do.lol Read more
Terrible customer service snd extremely dirty. I bought a Cold brew Vanilla Ice Coffee and it tasted terribly bad and sour. I... brought it back and nicely told them that their cream is probably expired. They were very rude and two employees teamed up,laughing at me and saying that cream ?NEVER EVER? expires! They refunded the money but after laughing and no apologies. Sodisappointed. Read more
Very rude Staff.....My wife went to order 50 timbits ask for only a specific donut and started laughing at her due to her... accent. Just because she couldn't speak English properly is that any good reason to start laughing... I called for managerstaff said shes in then came back saying shes not in...I will make sure this goes to your head office. Read more
