something is wrong with your staff, yesterday evening went to driver through to get a bagel and other items for kids. The lady... on counter tried my Tim card in hurry with super fast speed and said it does not work. When i suggested to go slow, she(her nametag is something start with Si* ) became agitated, teach them some basic customer service. I think that it?s inappropriate for a fast food restaurant to close there bathrooms during dine-in hours due to the fact that... they don?t want to clean them as a part of their closing duties so they can leave them to the morning staff. After explainingthat my girlfriend had to use one (both paying customers) after she went store hopping trying to find one that was open as wewere 15-20 minutes from home. Read more

The staff were ok. Food quality was ok, not the perfect. Location inside is very clean and renovated. All around the sitting... area is window. You like to sit and enjoy your coffee ?? Free parking and nice layout. Don't know why Tim Hortons get stingyevery day. They give you cream and sugar one on one. They used to be generous before. Cultural change I guess! Read more
Me and my friend came to the mall thinking that we would get a nice donut but in return for our money we received a donut that... one of your lovely staffs hair. I am disappointed. Picked up a chicken bacon grilled Chicken wrap via app/mobile order. They didn?t have anymore grilled chicken so they asked if... I?m ok to substitute crispy chicken so I said yes at the pickup counter. Friendly and fast service; Decided to dine in coz itwas a nice and clean location. Saw staff sanitizing tables which was nice. My chicken wrap was better than expected (didn?tknow they had crispy chicken actually). Gonna get this version from now on :) Update September 27, 2021 friend got an apple piedonut and it?s pictured here with whipped cream on top. He said it was very good Update October 4: ordered 2 medium creamychill drinks for mobile pickup. Counter girl was friendly and gave us lots of whipped cream in our drink coz there was a bit ofa wait. They were really busy with drive thru orders and we walked in at 4:20pm.
