basil chicken with Rice- its nice hot, delicious and potions are large for 1 person, the lady in the corner of that pic is very... courteous and friendly, is the only person show speaks decent english, the other one is just business minded attitude. not agreat customer service, but definitely a economics place to dine, buy more for less. very few staffs are friendly there. I have been coming to this Vina for years for specifically their shrimp salad rolls. They taste phenomenal! Although, they used... to be $3.99 and now they are around $5.55. Pretty much $6 for 1 salad roll!! :( !! (and i know it wasn?t because of minimum wagegoing up because of the timing that the prices changed) I went there for the good food for good prices and would constantly tipuntil it got too expensive. Some of the food is good but some, not so much. For example, the Pho is not worth the money becauseit tastes just ok and there are many pho restaurants around with similar pricing that taste amazing! The other day, i saw anincident happen. The main lady who has been working there for years, she was yelling at the other co worker at the top of herlungs. Idk if she?s the manager or whoever, but whatever she was yelling about could have easily been solved with aconversation, and that?s no way to treat anyone. I couldn?t understand what their argument was about because i didn?t understandtheir language but the way she was yelling at her was unacceptable. The main lady is also very unfriendly and very businessoriented. I?ve had other workers be kind but whenever i order from the main lady she seems very cranky and rude. If she is themanager, I definitely think that she should be replaced by one of the other amazing workers there that give good customerservice. I went from being a regular, to going there once in a while because over the years they have been going downhill. It?salso an inconvenience when the tap hasn?t been working for the past 5 years with their machine, if i wanna buy food i need tobring my wallet because they don?t have apple pay or a tap of any kind. I can't forget your fried banana with ice cream. It was the best dessert I had eaten! I went here in 2012 when I was living in... Vancouver. I'm glad this restaurant is still opened. Read more

The quality of food was awful!!! We are never coming back here! All the food was pre cooked and old. The noodles were dry. The... chicken was still pink, and jelly-like (it was completely raw in the inside while black-burned on the outside.) We confrontedthem about it and they Ignored us and just said it was because they used ?dark meat?, without even looking at the food. Theyfinally grilled the chicken again but it just got worst. The inside did cook a little but outside was burned even more, and themeat got so dry and rubbery that we could barely chew and swallow The pork roll-dips were not seasoned and were old. The sidesalad was also tasteless and the veggies were not fresh at all. Read more

Stopped by just to get a salad roll, which was a total rip off. A salad roll costs $5, and only consists of iceberg lettuce, 2... prawns cut in half, a tiny pinch of beansprouts, and a butt load of rice noodles. Completely flavourless, not worth the amountof carbs or calories. Wish I'd thought to take a picture before eating the prawns and throwing half of it away. Read more
