Love Wendys ? always has been the best fast food burgers around and the fries are amazing too.
We demanded our money back. This location on united Blvd in Coquitlam. Is constantly dirty, the fountain drink machine not... maintained!! Some young girl has Manager on her name badge...yet she sure doesn't know how to be manager at all. Even thoughthis location is convenient for me when I get off work. I will no longer go to that Wendy's!! I'm sure the Franchise owner won'tlike it!! Social media is a strong tool, I work in a company of over 500 employees I will be tell my coworkers not to bothergoing to that Wendy's. A pile of lazy employees indeed! Read more
On Nov 17, I went to the dining area to order at 9:50 (closes at 11:00 and sign said dining area closes at 10:30 pm. Staff told... me I had to go through drive through. I ordered saying I had a coupon. They charged me full price. I only realized that whilesitting waiting for pickup and saw the amount on the phone. They would not refund me saying they needed an order to be able toapply the coupon and because I had paid already the order is closed. He said I could keep the coupon for next time. Got a drive through order. When I finally got the order, the outside of the bag was stained with grease spots. Hmmm... I opened... the bag...my jbc burger was dripping from grease ! ! ! The worst mess of a burger I've had there yet. Do I have to avoid eatingthere on the weekend ? Read more
Great staff but the customers not so much. I was waiting in line just like everyone else and a man came in and saw the lineup... and just started complaining. He was loud obnoxious and thought everyone wanted to here about his complaints. Well I was notinterested and if I had been a staff member I would have given the worst service. This is a very well maintained location. It is located in a pretty heavy industrial area so if you are just coming for a bite,... remember there are lots of people working in the area so pick your times accordingly. The staff here is always friendly andhelpful. Service here is fairly quick, again depending in the time you are there. Read more
Wendy's and Tim's next to each other, service is nice at Wendy's and choice of drinks is wide.
Went to Wendy's for lunch. Stood at the counter waiting to order. Some lady was at the till (counter) yelling to someone in the... back. She was there a good half minute then just turned around walked away and yelled counter. She didn't even acknowledge me orsay someone will be with you. Horrible customer service.
