We ate here out of hangriness and necessity but I do not recommend it at all and would never go back. The inside is really old... and dinghy, the staff were slow and ?out to lunch?, and the burger patty on our burgers seemed reheated from previous day.Honestly I could not finish my food and was scared we would get sick from it. Also the water from their soda machine (nofreestyle machine at this location) tasted like mildew and I almost instantly regretted eating anything from here. Also aterrible place for a pit stop to use the bathroom as they are not well kept. Avoid at all cost and go to another Wendy?s, itwill be worth the drive farther out. Read more

I love the spicy chicken burgers and the strawberry lemonade, which simply can't be beat anywhere else. BUT... These guys are... desperate for workers. Took 15 minutes waiting in line for the Drive through window, was backed up pretty bad and once your inthere's no escape, then waited a full 4 minutes before someone even asked for my order. Sadly the lack of staff has affected theexperience on several occasions for me. But I am a regular here and will continue to return. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received today. I believe they have a new manager named Mel - who is... simply the opposite of what I experienced before. She was courteous and professional. Over a month ago - my previousexperiences here were horrible (the staff were rude, non-caring and absolutely obnoxious. I had sworn never to return to thisestablishment again because of the terrible service I received before - mind you, this wasn't just a one time experience but arepeated trend). My son wanted a burger so reluctantly we came back to this restaurant. To my surprise, the staff wereactually polite. They took the order and even smiled. I didn't feel rushed, or pushed-thru like the unacceptableunprofessional previous experiences I had before. I am glad for this change. Who know, if this keeps up - i may actuallyreturn here. I like their chicken sandwich but always double check your order if you're changing the ingredients on your burgers. Almost... everytime it is wrong. Which causes us to pull over, park and go back inside to get our order right. Super annoying. And slow,super slow drive-through which was surprising. Read more

The restaurant staff make the customer wait for the long time like (20-30mins) and this has happened more than 4 times now. Also... as a skip driver we always expect the staff to ask for the order number but the staff behaves like we are invisible and keep onlooking to the screen in front. After done looking the screen they just return to the back room and don?t attend the customer.My suggestion will be to take customer service experience seriously and try to at least tell the customer and skip drivers thewaiting time at least. This Wendys is absolutely horrendously slow for drive through. They take one order at a time from the speaker to the window to... keep their drive through times down. There were two cars in front of me and it took me ten minutes to be able to place myorder, and that is with a day shift manager working the drive through. It?s not just today either. Very bright cozy place to have little lunch at. I would rate food 3 out of 5! Very greasy sandwiches. But taste better than... look. Very friendly staff, willing to serve you good meals. Lots of free parking and convenient location. Read more
