I worked at this Sunwood Square location in the late 1980s and have always had a soft spot for the restaurant. My family and I... had our dinner there tonight and were treated to the usual good food. But what made this visit extra special was the greatservice we received from our server, Madison. She was very friendly and checked in on us throughout our meal - she also went outof her way to make our visit special after finding out we were out-of-towners. As well, the managers, Jordan and another Manager(sorry didn?t get his name) also stopped by and asked to let them know if we needed anything. Overall, fantastic service andgreat meal! Always love this location, the ambiance is nice AND allows your kid to be kinda loud without getting stared at. Men's bathroom... sink is haunted though and stays on for either 2 min or hates you. Strangely charming. Read more
Server Diana had an attitude the entire time I was there, she ruined what was supposed to be a nice day out with my mother. We... were there a few weeks ago and the food was good but her service was simply awful. I was going to ask to speak to a manager, butdidn?t want to ruin an otherwise good day. I will continue to eat at White Spot with my family, but never this location againbecause Diana was so dismissive and did not care about her job in the slightest. I went at 3.15 today July17, 2022 to dine in for a late lunch in Sun-wood Square in Port Coquitlam. After waiting for half an... hour I got a burned burger and a small soup. The beef in burger only had the middle part not burned and it was a very tinnyburger. It was very disrespectful to me that the cook didn?t care about what he was serving to his customer. I returned it backafter two bites and they made another one. The waiter and the manager both apologized for that. I should mention that somepieces of tomatoes inside the soap tasted wired, but I was so hungry to ate that anyway. I was yesterday in another branch ofwhite spot in Somewhere in North Vancouvet with my daughter and her kids and we ordered for brunch and We had quite a goodexperience over there. That was the reason I went back today to Coquitlam branch and my experience was quite different. I alsoshould say that their washrooms in Port Coquitlam were disgusting too. There were a big amount of waiters and waitresses thereand in spite of those number of employees, their system was not working well. I think after pandemic, this branch is not caringabout their services. I was always going there with my family before Covid and I had my best memories there. I am disappointedand wish they care about sanity and how they serve their customers. Update: Came for happy hour today. Got the Coconut Prawn and Humboldt Squid which were both delicious!! Twisted Bellini was good... too! Great service Old post: Very comfortable ambience and the staff are wonderfully friendly. I got the Double Double, it wasa solid tasting burger, there was no wow factor for the price of $18.99 There was also so much sauce the burger started fallingapart on my hands. Wonderful place for mother's day breakfast. Elisa offered great service.
My food had some kinda after taste, but other sandwich was good. They forgot our appetizer and not delivered. Our order was... kinda mess ????but in general I liked them. It's White Spot and I like to support them. Lots of free parking and windows allaround restaurant. Read more
We've been to this restaurant before but never for breakfast. The day we visited contrary to my everyday routine didn't have... breakfast. I ordered from brunch menu which had eggs, chicken, hash brown, toast and jam. My wife ordered Nat's beef dip. Myplate was delicious and too much to be able to finish it by myself. My wife's food was ok but nothing to brag about. The servicewas good, the lady serving us was fast and attentive. Read more
