Great food, not just unique food, backed up by very... friendly Chef / Owner and warm welcoming attentive personal service often missing here in Miami. Subtle. sophisticated, modrnroom right down to the table service. Comfortable seating and reasonable prices. Easy street parking. Super nice. I had two tacos - pork and shrimp. The tortillas are super soft, and the tacos have a great size so you can try more... than one flavor. Service is a bit slow, but very nice. Cute, authentic Cuban restaurant with indoor & outdoor seating. Ordered a pan con lechón to go after the lunch rush - loved it.... Service was slow (had to stop a waiter to make an order after waiting a few minutes, waited 20+ minutes for a simple sandwich).Hopefully the boss hires more waiters/provides good training. Read more

The place and the food are fine but the service is really bad, you could be waiting for 20 min at your table and nobody asks if... you need anything. For that reason you should go other place. One of my favorite spots in Miami! Their dishes are so savory and unique. My favorite thing to order is the chicken curry... empanada but you cannot go wrong with anything here. Small spot but food comes out quick. Service is also great! Love caja! Read more
