I came in to pick up my order. The sign said take a seat. Several workers were gathered together including the male Manager. The... Manger looked at me several times and never came over or asked someone to come to my assistance. I sat there for at least 20minutes until a guy walked in and walked to a table that was behind the podium that I was seated behind. The Manger came over assoon as the guy went to the table. I then got up and walked to the same area as they were standing there. The manager handed theguy a bag. I then asked if my bag was there and told him my name. My bag was there the entire time and the manager let me sitthere for 20 minutes without saying one word. May I help you would have been nice, polite, kind. WOW! Went with my Farmasi sister. Great food, great service by our human waitress. Not sure I liked the "robotic" delivery thing.

Our waitress Dulce, makes our Denny?s dinner a five stars experience. She was super attentive and thoughtful, also very special... with other customer too and homeless. Even though she was the only person attending all the tables she did a great job, shetreat us like a mom. She makes the difference. The food was good. Pancakes fluffy. Customer service was spotty. Food was okay, with the exception of the pancakes which were very chewy and tasteless. For the... price there are much better options. They were also out of French toast and gave us a rock hard piece of bread without informingus before hand. Read more
