I am sick and tired of this store offering delivery when they never have drivers available. Dominoes loves to rant and rave... about their wonderful delivery but they have no one to deliver the pizza, At least turn off the delivery option on theirwebsite. Now they wont even call you to let you know they do not have drivers and they just cancel your order without giving youthe option to go pick it up. Read more
We just ordered 2 large pizzas, an hour passes by and we get nothing, we called and ?the lady? that picked up the phone was rude... like you can?t imagine, said she called a bunch of times (which was a lie because we have no missed calls) and when we tell herthat she didn?t, hung up on us while we were still talking to her. It?s a shame that a food chain has to suffer a bad review forone lousy employee. I hope they get better workers, there?s no need to be rude in any situation. Read more
I asked for two pizzas, when I received it, it was horrible bad preparation and execution, cold, bornes and also I saw when the... driver opened the box and put the tickle into the pizza not following any protocol of COVID-19, not protecting and taking careof their guests. It supposed to be touchless.... Immediately I called the location and explained what happens and they saidtheir is nothing they can do. I asked for the manager Chris, and I felt worst than before.... no customer service, nos commonsense and he said to refund they money I should go there with the pizzas. At this moment the refund is not relevant, they arenot taking care of customers in Covid, very bad customer service and of course I will never order dominos pizza in my live.
