What a great experience all around at Fogo de Chao. We have never been here before . My son wanted a new experience for a... birthday dinner . Everything was fantastic. Our waiter was courteous. Giving this 5 stars only because I can't give it more. The food is amazing! Everything you put in your mouth is a flavor... explosion. The mini teeny tiny red peppers from the Market Table are my new best thing in life and make the flavor of thesirloin even better. Don't you dare call it a salad bar because it is so upscale (see the bowl of peppers in the lower left-handcorner). The meats they bring around are all delicious from the chicken to the parmesan pork to the lamb, but the beef is theSTAR. Nothing tops the food but the service is also excellent. I booked a table for a party of 6. Lunch time, weekday. I opted for the very conveniently priced buffet option, and our waiter... apparently didn't appreciate my choice. He made me feel very uncomfortable, insisting not less then 4 times and loudly that Iwould not be served meat. One of my colleagues wanted salmon as a healthy choice, to what the waiter insisted so much on salmonbring very small and served only with a couple of asparagus... That my colleague changed his mind to the salad bar too. My othercolleagues chose salad bar plus picanha.... the later never arrived besides asking repetitively, so they finally cancelled themeat, which our waiter was so insisting on us to order.... Food quality is very good. I have (actually we all) hated theattitude of our waiter who, sorry to insist, is the antithesis of the Brazilian welcoming spirit. I'd better recommend Fogo deCh?o in Miami Beach, classier and much more authentic and professional. May try again, not sure however. It was my second timeat this Gables business. Food's good. Amazing restaurant and excellent service! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed by Marcos who always made sure we... had the best time. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food variety is also great. We enjoyed different kinds of meats that wereall delicious, and there is also a salad bar. We had a great experience and excellent attention from all the staff members,specially from Rocio, Dario, Alejandro, Luiz and Cristina.
