Hillstone?s food and service is consistently excellent. My Favorite dish is the Salmon with salad or mashed potatoes. I... always take my clients to celebrate after closing and they are always impressed. The only complaint that I have is the waittime. It has been one of our fabs since 2009, but today's service was definitely not as usual. Some water was not served. Floor and... toilets was under standards. And on top of that, I don't like the paper table clothes at all, at least no in this kind ofrestaurant. Read more
French dip sandwhich and smoked salmon appetizers are highly, highly recommended. Our server was courteous and outstanding, food... taste and quality was perfect, among the best in Miami. This restaurant without being an steakhouse became my favorite in Miami. The steak is always on its temperature, the loaded... baked potato goes beyond expectations and they serve well constructed cocktails. Their tres leches dessert must be the best inthe world. Classic spot on miracle mile to get some amazing food and great drinks. Make sure to get a reservation as they are always packed... with people. If you don?t make one, you?ll have to join the endless amount of people who hang out at their bar either waitingfor a table to just enjoying a few drinks. Their sushi is a must-try, especially the Osaka style pressed sushi. Rainbow roll isa winner as well. Tuna tartare is a must. For entrees, my favorite dishes are the Scottish salmon, ribs, and rotisserie chicken.If you?re feeling a little more causal both their cheeseburger and crispy chicken sandwich are a home run. To wrap it up, Iwould more than recommend their tres leches or key lime pie, depending on which mood you?re in. Any drink you order will beperfectly balanced but if you?re not sure, servers and bartender are great at recommending something you might like based onyour preference. Outstanding !!! Great location on miracle mile in the Gables. If you live in Broward or Palm Beach it is worth the drive. Relax... and enjoy the ride and all the miracle mule has to offer either after your dinner or before. Our server was pleasant, friendlyand did explain the menu and made suggestions. The deco was traditional, yet warm and cozy. It's a popular spot to I suggestmake a reservation. From the menu I had the Hawaiian Ribeye (I love steaks), the yuca was delicious as an appetizer and the treeleches dessert stole the show. You only live once you treat yourself to an amazing experience with great tasting good andcustomer service. Great for a special occasion with you special someone or family.
