They don't have an area set out for cream & sugar; instead, you need to remember to ask them either when you order or awkwardly... request it after receiving your order & they'll put it in your drink at that point (no packets). Also, the music is a wee bitloud. Read more

Slow at drive tru even tho staff are nice, sometimea closes early with no signs, notices or barricades so customers would know.... On sunday, day before memorial day it was closed and about five cars in line at drive tru. Starbucks need to streamline theirhours! This is absolutely ridiculous, block the entrance if u r closed! Traffic pattern is difficult in drive-through here, outcoming traffic crosses path with incoming traffic, blocking traffic at... WH1, there was a police officer present coordinating all this traffic nightmare, obviously this location was not designed fortraffic surge during Covid crisis. But staff at this location is super nice and pleasant to deal with, job well done ! And theyhave a cool piece of art inside. Read more
