The middle aged lady looked like she was so miserable and wouldn't even make eye contact with me while she was rolling bread. I... ordered a veggie delite which is ONLY veggies and only gave me like 3 pieces of each vegetable and when I asked for olives shestarted counted them before putting them on my sandwich. When I asked for more she told me any extra veggies would be anadditional 30 cents for each kind. She must really be unhappy in her life and is having a bad day but my veggie sandwich lookedlike bread with a few veggies on it. She also overtoasted my bread and it crumbled into nothing when I bit into it.You wouldthink UM would regulate the vendors and training but I guess they don't care since students will always have no choice topurchase here. It's typical for a Subway, and the prices are a little on the high side, but the service is quick and very friendly.

Location is very convenient because is on campus. However, sandwiches here are more expensive than outside, and the staff... prepares the sandwiches as if they didn't care. Staff will treat you fairly if you are polite, but that does not mean that theywill make you a better sandwich. Read more

Horrible service. The woman who was taking my order was extremely rude and paid no attention to what I requested to have on my... sandwich. The sandwich itself was practically falling apart and the dressing was seeping out of the bag because she poorlywrapped it.
