Amazing dinner and impeccable service. Chef Chirino is a master and his crew really deliver on their promise to take you through... a culinary journey. Let’s not forget the wine and dessert list which are excellent. We had the salmon crudo, Turkish dumplings, Octopus and braised goat all amazingly executed. We had a couple of glasses of the Albariño and for dessert the Pate a Chouxa divine pastry dough with cream and chocolate with a glass of cognac. My husband and I ventured down to Coral Gables to take advantage of the Sips and Savor special going on this month. After trying... one restaurant that was part of the deal and did not honor it, we walked over to Tur Kitchen. What an incredibly warm welcomewe received when we walked in to be seated at the bar. Absolutely gorgeous restaurant! The Sips and Savor menu had an excellentselection of appetizers and hand crafted cocktails. Luca, the manager, came over to personally welcome us and took the time toreview the menu along with explaining the various regions that inspire their menu. Jorge was our bartender who was extremelyfriendly and whipped up some amazing drinks. I even discovered a secret drink created by Luca (please put it on the menu!). Wetried the braised lamb and Key West shrimp pides along with the manti. Did not disappoint! The fresh combination of ingredientswas absolutely divine - a party in your mouth! Impeccable attention to detail and amazing hospitality was given to us by Luca.What a memorable evening we had and cannot thank them enough for the wonderful time. We will definitely be back. Im a regular at this wonderful restaurant and recently tried their new menu; I must say I was left absolutely speechless. The... chef’s are so creative and intuitive with creating their dishes. The staff is incredibly trained and so kind. All of thedishes I tried at this experience surpassed my already high, expectations. I really enjoyed myself here. Highly recommend.
