Went there for lunch for the first time two weeks ago and have been back about 3 times since. The food always looks and tastes... fresh, the place is pretty clean, and the staff is always positive and helpful! My fiancé ordered this while I was at work and I wouldn?t say I was jealous but I definitely wanted to try it. I was not... disappointed. We got some of they ?bols? everything was great . I had the teriyaki and lemon chicken and the protein. The baseof jasmine rice , forbidden black rice , roasted potatoes and the roasted street corn . Safe to say I found my new favoritebowl. This is the best place to eat when you want to eat out but you want to stay healthy and eat delicious food!!! The only thing I?m... sad about is that they never have my favorite black rice???? don?t get me wrong the other sides are sooo good like the sweetpotato noodles, ughhh they?re sooo good!!! And the cilantro rice noodles are not half bad they?re a must try, but that blackrice is my FAVORITE! Also their veggies are yummy too, the broccoli and potatoes delish but I tend to go with the power beanswhen I get my black rice.. it?s all god you can?t go wrong with anything side or veggie you choose. Now the protein is thehardest to choose, I actually really like their tofu it?s great, I?m not a vegetarian but I always get it bc it?s that good, myother favorites are the teriyaki chicken or the bbq chicken, the shrimp is pretty good to and last time I tried their pork..like I said it?s all good never had anything there I didn?t like. Oh and their toppings are awesome I get everything: avocado,Parmesan, cilantro, sometimes the tomatoes and all their sauces. Not going to lie they?re really stingy giving out their sauceso I always pay them xtra to get more sauce but they really should charge for that. Excellent !!!! This is one of my favorite local joints in my hometown. It's worth the drive for those who are not close. If you... love Chipotle then this is a few steps up at roughly the same price. The steak and teriyaki bowls are my favorite. The cilantronoodles are to die for... lol you know what I mean. Love supporting loca businesses the mom and pop establishments that works sohard to keep their business up and running. After a good long run I dive in for a steak and teriyaki (build your own) bowl withthat yummy cilantro sauce and potatoes. The price is really good and the portions is excellent. There are lots of healthyoptions to choose from if you're not looking to carb load.
