I walk in, and pay $50 for 2 burgers, 2 fries & 2 shakes. I LITERALLY WAITED 40 minutes for my order!! The shakes were made... immediately and start melting. (This was a to-go order). I then notice several ?trainers? in the kitchen literally just standingwith their arms crossed, telling the cooks what to do. I wish they would have stepped up and helped!!! My food wasn?t even freshtasting! I can not believe I just paid $50 for lunch for 2 people for a super mediocre burger, and waited for FORTY MINUTES!!!This is my first and definitely last experience at any BurgerFi. Read more
First time here and pleasantly surprised how good the fries and burgers are!
I got the breakfast burger with an extra patty and the chicken sandwich. Burger was great and chicken sandwich was really good... too! Fries taste fresh cut and are seasoned well. Great burger spot! Read more
This is my family favorite, they have one of the most delicious Vegetarian burger VegeFi along with fresh cut fries or onion... rings. The service is friendly. Sometimes their digital ordering screen doesn?t work, which would be an added touchlessadvantage. Their indoor dining area is not so clean, we prefer to sit outside during good weather days overlooking the fountain. Read more
Fast and efficient even during a busy time. Restaurant was very clean and the outside seating was pleasant.
I went in others Burgerfi and the experience was Little Better , they need clean the place better , special kitchen, order 2... Cheeseburgers, food was ok burgers was over done also but was ok , just think they need better management there Read more
Two days ago, my husband and I went to this location. We all know the prices for this burgers you know are a little bit high,... but we don?t mind to pay a little bit more to get good quality food. After a couple bites my husband decided to took thehamburger out of the bag, and the bread had mold in it... I mean my husband was hungry so we just asked for another one, but itwas kind of disappointing! All I can say is that the people who were working were very friendly! I do not know if he was themanager but some guy came to us to apologize. Hopefully they will improve. Read more

But when I went inside I noticed that the floor was very slippery, I remember that the last time I wentmy wife fell for the same reason, which means that they did not solve that problem. If you visit this restaurant, be verycareful because it seems that they do not care much about the safety of customers and employees.
