My experience at this location was so horrible that I had to call the corporate office. Within minutes of walking out of this... store my 5 year old son?s cup of ice cream was almost completely melted. I kindly asked the associate for a different type ofice cream and her response was completely belittling?over a $1.99 cup of ice cream. After giving the associate a quick lesson oncustomer service she refused to give me the contact information of the owner and told me that she was the owner. After thatexperience, there is no way that lady could possibly be the owner. I will never ever visit this location again. Read more
Very clean and very fast service. Awesome selection of ice cream and toppings. The young lady serving us was wonderful. And boy... o boy to they have an awesome amount of great ice cream cakes. The store associates were not very welcoming, even greeting and serving those who came in the store after me (almost like they... were ignoring me at first). Cassidy did not do a good job at serving. The products were all melting from ice cream to shake andCassidy gave an attitude when it was mentioned (I was not in the mood to go in a back and forth... On second thought I decidedto just write a review and hope management addresses this). It was a horrible first experience and what made it worse, in thesetimes, she wore absolutely no gloves while touching cones,etc with her bare hands that she used touch the door and cashregister, etc (completely unhygienic and what I bought for my niece and nephew, I dumped it. An absolute waste of money andtime. I normally love Carvel from New York but this store ain't it... Plus icecream portions are small for the prices.
