This location is really bad. I love chipotle, but I would recommend going to any other location if you can. I have given this... location multiple tries and I really will not be going back there. The food was so salty and actually cold (not even roomtemperature.) It was almost inedible. And the burrito I got was laughably small. They are almost always out of certain foodsbecause they don?t time things right. The service is always not good and unbelievably slow. In their defense, I believe they arealways training new people. Also, they charge extra for everything, including water. The meals are also more expensive here thanat other locations. Just drive the extra couple of minutes and go to a different location. I love Chipotle, everything tastes very good if you go to the right location. This location has been a hit or miss for a while.... Previously I had received really cold food a few times and almost wanted to boycott this location. Thankfully last time I went,they had a whole different crew properly training providing great service and service hot delicious burritos. Please keep it up Read more

since I moved to this country I have been eating in chipotle, but this particular CHIPOTLE is the worst, the service is nasty... and they charge you for everything, for the vinegar sauce that is even free, i wanted three and she said that she can give mejust one, and if I want more that one I have to buy it, okay I bought it, and guess what the bill even didn?t say what I got butanyways she charge me, her actitud to me was like I am her enemy and not a costumer that I want a buy some food, is not thefirst time that this happen , so that?s why I?m expressing this, IF YOU WANT A CHIPOTLE DON?T GO THERE, Read more

Buyer beware! I ordered through UberEats and received a completely different order. I ordered the Pollo Asado bowl and received... a pork bowl with dairy. I'm attaching a copy of the receipt and the received item. I'm aware mistakes do happen but I waited anhour for my order and then I could not eat because I don't eat pork. Their corporate response was less than satisfactory. Ireceived a coupon for a free bowl to use in 30 days! It's going to take a while to even go back to Chipotle. Read more

I placed an online order to be picked up at 5:30PM. Suspecting that they would be busy for dinner time, I arrived at 5:40PM to... give the staff some extra time to prepare my meal if needed. When I got there, the rack where the online orders are placed wasempty. I approached a staff member and told them I was picking up my online order, and the staff member said if it?s not on therack then it?s not ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes in the lobby, as a staff member shouted at others waiting for theironline orders, ?if you?re waiting for your order you need to wait in the lobby and not stand here while I?m making them.? By6PM, another customer asked how long I was waiting. I told her my order was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm. She then said?there?s a bag sitting behind the counter where she?s making the online orders. You should ask her if it?s yours?. I then askedthe staff member behind the counter who the order was for, which was tucked away at the back of the counter behind other items.She said my name, so I took the bag and left. When I got home (I only live 5 minutes away) not only did it seem like the foodwas thrown in the bag, but there were no lids on the bowls and it was wrapped messily in tinfoil with food coming out of it. Allof the food was extremely cold and the tacos were soggy and drenched in beans and guacamole with nearly no chicken (see pic!).It was impossible to pick up the tacos since the hard shells were soggy and could not be picked up without falling apart. Notonly was the staff very unfriendly, but they clearly did not care about how they were serving their customers. I love chipotle,but this is one of many instances I?ve experienced at this specific location. I was extremely disappointed with my experiencetonight and felt it was time for me to leave my feedback. This would have been a five star rating, but two things struck me about this location. One, it could have been much cleaner, and... two the seating could have been softer...for those of us with bad backs/spins hard seats can be torture. They do have cushionedstools, but those can be worse at that height. What made this meal good for me was seeing my steak burrito made stacked andyummy right in front of me...plus the employees were nice and quick. I'll come back, but with a cushion in tow!
