I know my next visit will be a better visit because I definitely won?t order if the same server is going to make my shake. My... shake was as tasteless as her attitude; no enthusiasm. I ordered malt in my shake it seemed as if she stayed in the back andpoured in the powder because after 2 sucks of the straw I never tasted anymore malt. Complete waste of $12.40 cents. So here?s my dilemma with this place?I have been coming here for years and never have I had a problem until today. My son waited... for over 20 minutes for a mobile order and not once was he approached about why was he there. Instead the employees were sittingthere talking about how they are going to smoke weed etc. When I get the food it?s cold and when I call the manager Monique shetries to make excuses for her employees and says that my son should have gone to the front and ask for the food. Never mindasking the customer how can they help them, the customer is now supposed to know what the store protocol is. Instead of themanager apologizing and providing a refund I had to demand a refund and she said I would need to bring the food back?! I?msupposed to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant so that I can merit a refund? This is the worse customer service I have everreceived. I will never go back here again. Please hire competent people that actually care about your customers. Because I?m noteven going to go into details of how the girl unprofessional the girl who answered the phone was?she thought I was an employeeand said ?who this?? This place is a joke! Ordered for pickup. Did not call out name. Waited 20 minutes for food. Was then told ?we called your number a long time ago.?... Online order doesn?t include a number for pickup. Handed cold food and a melted milkshake. Asked them to redo the shake since itwas melted. Went over and pretended to remake it and handed me the same melted shake. Read more
Orders here Uber Eats. Ordered 2 double burgers for my kids and 1 single bacon cheeseburger for myself with a regular fry. Fries... were COLD and my order was missing the single burger and I was hungry. My kids enjoyed their burgers but did not like the fries.I tasted the fries and they were horrible but can?t review my burger because it didn?t arrive. I called to the store and theManager said he would write down my name and replace my burger when I had a chance to stop in. Once I get replacement, I willupdate review if it is better. Five Guys has the BEST BURGERS at any price! No better burger anywhere. The best blend of beef for your burger, I taste brisket,... sirloin and chuck. From the freshest buns and all the freshest toppings. Today I had the regular double cheeseburger with baconand more.
