I?ve been going to this McDonald?s for years, and it?s always been decent enough. After my experience there yesterday, I would... be surprised if I ever went back. The drive thru line did not move at all with 6 cars waiting, so I went in. I waited by theregister with my 10 yr old, and the kitchen staff sees me there and never comes over to take my order. I asked if someone couldcome over and after being asked twice, they did. A young girl walks over and takes a deep breath of annoyance (they were clearlyunderstaffed).. rushes to take my order and never asks me the typical questions, like what sauce for my nuggets and if I wantedapple slices or extra fries for the happy meal?. So, I get my food, see that they gave me extra fries instead of apple slicesand a sauce for the nuggets I did not ask for. When I asked the lady for the items I did want, she told me to stop yelling ather (which I hadn?t even raised my voice) and that she put in the bags what was on the screen. I order on the app. No one could seem to find my order. They finally found it, then needed me to pull into a spot to bring me my... tea, she brings me my tea, with no straw. I said, I need a straw too. She says it's in the bag. I said no it's not. She says canyou just look? Like... WHAT?! Cool. Then I SHOW HER THERE'S NO STRAW. McDonald's y'all can do way better or get more educatedpeople. Idk. But 20 minutes for some nuggets is pretty bad. Read more

For the most part this location customer service is good. Food is McDonald's so can't complain about that and it's usually nice... and hot. Only complaint, if any would be the select few staff members who never seem to smile or even want to seem friendlyenough where one would feel comfortable asking for assistance if any is needed. I have not been to this location for a few years. I haven't ordered an actual meal either because usually I get a breakfast... sandwich and move on.. Decided to grab a bite so I got a medium fries, 4 piece nuggets with honey mustard dipping sauce and aFilet O'Fish. The sandwich is now the size of a slider ????. I mean it is small, fits in a box light as a feather but costs$4.09? My gosh it should be on the diet menu. My fries were beyond shoestring cut. The whole thing costed $8.85. That is supersad because it was not a lot and could not share even if I wanted to. Well i won't be eating dinner from Mc Donald's for awhile. I'll just get my breakfast sandwich or coffee and be happy. The wait here was fairly short inside but the drive thru hada wrap around to the street.
