We were a party of about 16. The server was awesome. Food was great but a couple of steaks were way overcooked and took a while... on the re-fire but for all we ordered they did great. I like this location better than some others. Side note. Outback's AyersRock On NY strip they had for decades was far superior to the newer bone in NY strip, which is bone on one side and fat on theother. Please get rid of that one and bring back Ayers Rock Strip!!. Read more
We were a party of 10 that they accommodated on May 1st. Four people from our party received their food first and three meals... had to be returned. One meal was cold, one meal was overcooked, and one meal had undercooked chicken! ???? After the 3 peoplereceived their new plates and just about finished them, everyone else received their meals. The food was ok and the managercomp'd one meal. Overall, the experience was not great to say the least. Came in to this restaurant for an early dinner, our hostess was named Selena from what I was told by another hostess on my way... out. I actually asked for it because I was shocked by this young lady?s attitude. We got there around 5 and asked for a booth,supposedly the only table they had was a half booth and I didn?t want a half booth she had no concern and she was annoyed thatwe asked her if there was anything that could be done. She suggested we could wait till 5:30 when the next waiter would be inand normally I would?ve just waited but she was just so snarky and unpleasant. It?s just so sad that restaurants with good fooddon?t have good customer service anymore. In the end because of my persistence she gave us a big booth even though we were only2 people, at that point who cares just let me sit so I can at least get away from your attitude. I was scared we were going toget a waiter that was annoyed we were taking up a big booth but our waiter, George, was very pleasant and had great customerservice. He helped us choose drinks by giving us suggestions and asking us what we normally like, he treated us like hegenuinely cared and actually liked his job. He came by our table often to check up on us, we never needed a thing because hewould constantly check up on us. He was very nice, hopefully if you go there they can sit you with George. This place mustn't have a Manager or a supervisor. - Experience: the nice and kind hostess brings to your table, then you sit... there for a while, longer, longer and much longer ignored ???? by waitresses walking pass you as if you were a ghost in a movie. I decided to walk away with my family. We drove 17 minutes from here to Texas de Brazil by the Sawgrass, better servicewithout thelong wait. - Prices: over-priced. - Ambiance: Good, had not been for the bad service, looks like the owner investedquite a bit in this place. Came out to grab a bite to eat for dinner. I was immediately greeted by the hostesses. My server was Bobby. My food was good... and the service was good. I ordered the bbq ribs with loaded baked potato and salad. Also the manager just came by and asked mehow my ribs were. Very personable. Read more
We ordered delivery tonight on their website and food was supposed to be delivered by a 3rd party (Door Dash) but they never... showed up to pick up our order. After an hour my hubby drove up to Outback and they were super friendly and apologetic. Notonly did they remake the food but gave us a complimentary carrot cake plus they comped our meal. Besides the service tonightbeing outstanding the food was excellent! We will definitely be ordering from here more often.
