The lines can be pretty big but they do well in taking care of every one. I don't mind waiting few minutes for fresh food. This... location has never told me they ran out of items. Considering how busy this location is the staff is exceptional. I know a lot of reviews say they are rude and Jack customer... service but it?s a fast pace place and I really do think they do a great job at getting people in and out. Every-time I go theline is out the door. Come prepared, know what you want and you?ll be in and out too. The food is as expected, I always get thebowl with fried rice and orange chicken, never stray too far from that. They replenish their food pretty quickly too. Food can be good or not at times here, but service should at least be the reason why you come back to try at least. Serviceneeds to be better here.
