The lines can be pretty big but they do well in taking care of every one. I don't mind waiting few minutes for fresh food. This... location has never told me they ran out of items. Considering how busy this location is the staff is exceptional. I know a lot of reviews say they are rude and Jack customer... service but it?s a fast pace place and I really do think they do a great job at getting people in and out. Every-time I go theline is out the door. Come prepared, know what you want and you?ll be in and out too. The food is as expected, I always get thebowl with fried rice and orange chicken, never stray too far from that. They replenish their food pretty quickly too. I have nocomplaints; people should know what they are going to get when they come up to order. Maybe that will help their experience butall in all, It?s fast food. Read more

Better than other locations in terms of food. Not sure what is wrong with their AC. Order taking process needs improvement.
This is my first time trying this store. I ordered through door dash and it came quickly. I?ve heard great things about this... restaurant, but I was totally disappointed. I ordered the walnut honey shrimp with chow me in and fried rice and two springrolls. It was flavorless. Portions were smaller than expected. Well, it was a very average panda service. Every thing looked rush and erratic. Staff had no smile and were quite rude. Not... clean with service either. Some food was served cold and the quantity was generous as we expected. We drove around 12miles toget there and got disappointed. Overall, not a great panda location. Read more
We?re staying in Pompano Beach and decided on our last night here to get something we?re familiar with and genuinely like. We... ordered online which was smooth, picked it up easily. We get back to the hotel to see that my chow mein was 99% onion andcabbage. I received hardly any noodles. My orange chicken was burned and the side entree was overwhelmed with pineapple, peppersand onion. Not a great experience on my last night here. Read more
At times you give a place time, things will improve or not. I made my decision that there are better places to eat then here.... Food can be good or not at times here, but service should at least be the reason why you come back to try at least. Serviceneeds to be better here. Missed orders here on top of some hit/miss food and assembly line pickup orders doesn't really work, atleast for me. Read more
