By far our favorite Italian restaurant. The food is always fantastic! They go above and beyond and treat you like family (our... kids especially). There?s a reason they have been going for 35 years. First off let me start with the customer service, very attentive, nice and yet fast paced. The staff alone deserve a 10 but then... you meet the owner and then you see why this place is ran the way it should be. Now as for the food i must say it was the waypizza should be not too much sauce and the right amount of cheese, the crust soft inside and a little crunch on the outside.They now have a new customer. Welcome home. Is it Olive Garden that says "when you're here, you're family"? If so, they should start thinking of a new slogan... because Pizza Carousel has rightfully earned it. This is the place you can bring your whole family to and feel like you will beremembered, taken care of, and that you are wanted. My husband and I stopped in for the first time, not knowing what to expect.We were greeted with open arms, a big smile, and plenty of helpful suggestions. The tuna is delicious, the salad well topped,the pizza has a nice crust, and their sauce is one that would make your Nonna proud. We're excited to return and have a new datespot to add where we will be confident in having enjoyable service, food, and surroundings. Read more
Move over Little Caesars and Pizza Hut, you are have been Replaced by Pizza Carousel! My husband found this Gem on our way to... Coral Springs Fresh Market. He saw the 35 year sign and a commercial being produced during our visit. Once a steaming slice oflasagna was lifted out of a pan with cheese dripping. He became fixated on the restaurant. We ordered pizza to go that evening;cheese, pepperoni, and Hawaiian were delicious. Their pizza dough is soft and perfect. We came back and ordered in the followingweek. We had a Stromboli which was stuffed with mushrooms, black olives, onions, cheese, and pepperoni, and sausage with tangyand lightly spicy meat sauce, delicious combination! We had a cannoli for dessert with a crispy crust and sweet creamy filling,perfect ending of a great meal. The staff was very attentive and checked on us often. Even the owner, Gabby, checked in on usand honored us with a nice short conversation. We went to Pizza Carousel for dinner last night. I had a hot Italian sub and my Jeff had a meatball/sausage parm sub. The subs... were enormous and had a large amount of meat, cheese and other toppings on them. The garlic rolls were great. The manager?Gabby?, came over to greet us upon arrival and he offered us both a glass of wine later on with our meal. The server was veryhelpful and friendly. To be honest, it?s been awhile since I?ve eaten here. No specific reason why. But it was all around such anice experience, we?ll definitely be back very soon. This restaurant has been around, in the same location, for 35 years andthere?s a reason why! Among the many places to eat in Coral Springs/Parkland?.Try it!!! This one is highly recommended! Read more
