11/04/22 Started to order from here in Fri. night but the employee was very stressed and asked me to repeat what I already told... her so I called off the order. I have had successful orders from here (Wiles Rd. Pizza Hut) in the past and I am in theirsystem but all that didn't help me to get a Thin Crust Veggie Pizza. She and I never got to discuss food. Ordered online a Hawaiian pizza with a chocolate chip cookie. Was charged a delivery fee. Received instead a brownie. Called for... the right dessert to be delivered and the Assistant manager told me I have to returned the brownie to his store at Wiles,Parkland. Advised him, I have no car. He said will not delivered. Asked him for an immediate credit for the cookie chip on mycredit card. He said he will not. That will post a credit for my next order. I told him there will not be any more order fromme. Said he will not credit the wrong product he sent. What type of customer service Pizza Hut is providing??? I'll never do business with this location ever again. My order wasn't delivered and the associate at the store said the driver... left it at the door. I didn't ask for contactless delivery. They refuse to give me a refund, claiming that I dod get the order.I placed my order at 5:42 and over an hour later still nothing I would give it zero stars if possible. Read more

Picked up an order and the pizza looked like it was a reheated pizza. Got to work and you could tell that pizza been sitting for... a while and was just reheated...wasnt even pepperoni lovers.. it barely had pepperoni. Was very salty. Wont EVER order from thisplace again Read more
Terrible place lot of kids who hate their job the reason I ordered the pizza from this location was because the store at Boca... Raton?s pan dough ran out . Pizza was waiting for me for a while while my app said 4 minutes left also the bottom was whiteraw. I will never again order from this location. No one here cares about customer satisfaction. I paid $10 in delivery and tips for... a cold pizza, after the doordash delivery driver couldn't find my house. I didnt know pizzahut uses door dash. When I called tochange the tip after the delivery driver couldnt find my house the pizza hut manager told me he couldn't hear me and hung up.Ive been ordering from here for as long as they been open... but never ever again. Perhaps for the first time Pizza Hut prepared my order as I ordered. Everything was just perfect including toppings. Normally... there are never enough. For that reason I even changed my Pizza Hut. I am glad I did. Read more
