I have been coming to this location for years. Tonight, I was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible. The server... did not bring enough bread plates and never came to refill our water. He appeared to be occupied watching a football game atthe bar. What was even more disappointing was the fact that even though we were only a party of 6 people, an automatic 20%gratuity was added to out bill. I guess this is why our server ignored us, as he figured he was assured a decent tip regardlessof his inattentive service. It is disappointing, because the food is good, but the abysmal service does not make it worth thecost. I am so disappointed that this restaurant I have patronized for many years has lowered it's standard of service so much. Read more

I?ve been to Pizza time many times with my family and without fail every single time I order a chicken dish, the chicken tastes... like it?s been pre cooked, refrigerated and cooked again. The chicken has a such strong refrigerated taste to it that I took twobites and could not bring myself to eat anymore of it. Pizza time you have to do better with your meal prep and freshness! Wow! This restaurant was recommended to me & I will definitely be going back again. Full menu of Italian favorites. I finally... found somewhere that had stuffed shells. 5 huge shells filled my plate & they were delicious. Was also given a choice of soup orsalad. I had the minestrone soup filled with vegetables. Friendly staff, food over all was great. The Pizza pinwheel, wings and mozzarella sticks were good. I would've wanted the cheese... in mozzarella sticks to be a bit shorter and melted more. But that's just my preference. The stand out to me was the Grandmapizza, near perfect in my book, sauce was the highlight of the slices I had. 10/10 would recommend. One of those places that was referred by a good friend, so we came here following his lead. Italian food subject is one of those... themes and we generally remember the traditional ones like pizza, spaghetti and the list goes on and on? well, at Pizza Time youcan have it all? the place is not big but welcomes everyone in a cozy and clean environment. A terrible name, giving this place an image of a small Pizza shop. This place is top notch. Our waiter of 14 years working here,... was friendly. He seemed out of place as I imagined he could be working at some of the super high dollar trendy places. Weordered calamari, Italian for squid which in this case is fried. We also selected baked clams. The reason for the lost star isthe calamari, this dish should never be rubbery. calamari turns tough only when overcooked. The trick to coaxing it to a soft isto cook it quickly over high heat or slowly over low,. no matter whether sautéing, roasting, stir-frying, grilling, or evendeep-frying. Main Dishes includes Lasagna and Manicotti. We each exchanged a portion that we might try a little of each. I mustsay, my order of Manicotti was divine. His Lasagna was very good, but not like my mama's. When it comes to specialty pizza togo, passing the pizza area going out the door, I was highly impressed at the look of the Sicilian (This is a Sicilian Eatery)pizza was eye candy.
