I was beyond elated when I found out that they opened a location in Coral Springs because it's closer to my residence. The... service was outstanding talk about an excellent product and amazing customer service. I was so impressed since then I have beenback everyday. Juliana was so welcoming and accommodating she makes a hell of a bowl. This morning I went in and met otherteam members who were equally as wonderful. Daryl was awesome, in my interaction with her I felt like I knew her forever!!!!! Hands down the ultimate best establishment I have experienced in awhile, I urge one to visit I'm sure you'll agree. Such an awesome place to have the most delicious Açaí bowls anywhere. I even tried the oatmeal in the morning and it?s was so... good with fresh fruit and warm oatmeal. I didn?t think I?d like the oatmeal but they surpassed my expectations. Our puppyGoldendoodle even loved the fruit. Our daughter begs us to go there everyday. It?s a great dog friendly atmosphere. Thank heaven we got a Playa Bowls Coral Springs! I had a Nutella bowl and it was humongous! The staff are fun and, although in ... learning mode, were super eager to please and Made an absolutely breathtaking bowl! As far as the taste? The consistency andflavor of the açai is unmatched! This location just opened and I have already visited twice- the atmosphere is beautiful but on both occasions I am waiting over... 25 mins for one item which is a bit extreme.. The quality of the bowls and smoothies is great my only complaint would be thestaff seem both unmotivated and unprepared/unfamiliar with the menu delaying orders. They seem to be quite busy and possiblyunderstaffed. On my last visit the girls were dragging their feet and even checking their phone/ taking calls. Luckily themanager (wearing a black shirt I believe this was her) was extremely friendly, helpful, and really trying her best to pick upthe slack although she did seem a bit overwhelmed. I will give them another try because of the manager and because the food hasindeed been great but I hope the staff starts to pickup a bit perhaps since it is a new location they need more training ormaybe even additional staff to keep up with demand. 3.5/5 hopefully will get better! location has so much potential.
