Just visited Sonic and purchased several items including a grilled cheese. I received my order and the picture below is what I... received.What is this?Where?s the cheese?This looks like the sauce used for chili cheese fries. I spoke to Christina (the shiftmanager) and she encouraged me to come back and they would remake it, but with the cost of gas and distance, Ideclined..Unacceptable. Read more

We went at 7:30 pm on 10/18/22. The food was barely warm and my burger was dry and cool. I said no tomato, and I got tomato.... Your night crew needs to be fired. They don't care and if they were my employees, they would be fired!!! The whole night crew...They are making you look bad. I know we will never go back.. Ordered a cherry Dr. Pepper and it came Out regular. Ordered tater tots and they were soggy and tasted nasty. Yuck!

We ordered a few items in the Sonic app for this location, including two onion ring orders. When we arrived we were told there... was a problem with the order and we had to go inside. Once inside the staff informed us they were out of onion rings. We thenasked to cancel the order. They said we would have to do it through the app, but the app would not allow us to cancel it becausethe restaurant had already processed it. Now we're having to dispute the charge because they did indeed charge us for the orderwe did not even receive. What a hassle. Won't be going back. Read more

Came here at 12pm and ordered food? it was taking a long time however I was on the phone so it wasn?t a big deal. Then a girl... comes out to my car to tell me that that system is down and they have my order ready but they can?t take my credit card paymentand only cash. I do not have cash! So the manager comes out who was extremely rude .. fake eyelashes, looks like she is wearinga shower cap (not a food net).. and starts arguing that she can?t help me. She said ?It just went down!? ? ok I underStand itjust went down, however, I?ve been waiting 23 minutes for you to tell me this ?? She then shows me her phone to prove she?s beenon hold with the credit card system people for 14 minutes? like what??! So basically instead of coming to me when it went down,they had me wait 23 minutes to tell me this?? I get things happen .. I fully understand that. Customer service skills areimportant and without your customers, you wouldn?t have a job. Work on hiring managers that have customers service ethicsbecause I can guarantee I will never be back to this location. Read more

I come to sonic every so often and never have a problem but today I came twice. The first time the girl with red hair and braces... was very rude and didn?t let me finish my order and kept cutting me off and got my order wrong in the end. The second time laterin the day, the whole staff walked out before closing time and left everyone stranded and waiting. Read more

If you like to be serviced by people with attitudes, this is the place to go. The young lady with braces and red hair taking... orders has a really bad attitude. I called and spoke to the manager, hopefully he will really do something about it. Read more
