I got to target at about 7:30pm and asked the person at the store what time they closed. She responded 8pm so I stepped away as... I need to pick up an order from target. I got back at 7:49pm and she didn?t take my order because she was closed. If she hadtold me that she closed before 8pm I would?ve place my order tight then when I first talked to her. Very poor experience the last 2 years I've come to this Starbucks. Usually understaffed (I'm talking 1 employee only a lot of... the time), so service takes a long time (20 minutes often). Often missing bakery items, certain types of coffee, or coffeeingredients. And the staff tend to either be untrained, or rude. I'm usually very patient because I know the food serviceindustry is a tough business, but this Starbucks is honestly useless. Pass on it, there are other much better Starbucksliterally minutes away from this one. Honestly, if this Starbucks closed, no one would be worse off (except the employees,sorry, but honestly with the high turnover, it wasn't gonna be too long anyway). Read more
The last two times I've ordered Cold Brew, I get the same story that the night shift forgot to make it. I say "Fine let me get a... Ice coffee then" When I get the coffee it's bright white with no coffee just cream and sugar. There needs to be a bettertraining program, I honestly feel the employees don't even drink coffee. The Starbucks here is the ABSOLUTE best Starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service is OUTSTANDING here! The manager... Michele is always friendly and professional. She has a talent for hiring THE best employees. Every time I visit here, which isan average of FIVE times a week, Michele is working hard to ensure products are available to their customers for a quick find &easy check out. My personal opinion as a frequent shopper is that she never stops stocking from the back room, cleaning behindthe counter, assisting their customers, and assisting her employees to keep the lines moving as quickly as possible. I haveactually lost count of how many Starbucks coffee mugs & travel mugs that I have purchased through Michele and Amber. Iabsolutely ADORE Amber as she is always happy, always friendly and always professional. It is very apparent when you are aroundher that she is happy to be there and happy to help her customers. She is really quick to take the orders and make their drinkand heat up any snacks to make her customers happy and the line moving smoothly. I want to also take time to mention how much Ienjoy seeing Kiani, Samantha and Laura. All the employees that work here are kind, friendly and GREAT at making their customershappy! I drive an extra 5 miles out of my way to drive to THIS Target Starbucks because of the OUTSTANDING customer servicewith a warm, personal touch that Michele, Amber, Samantha, Kiani and Laura always provide. Realizing that Fall is now here, Ifind myself thinking back to the really FUN and AMAZING Summer I had because I got to spend nearly every day enjoying thelovely, personal atmosphere that I find here at THIS Starbucks, not only with the wonderful employees but also getting to knowthe other "regulars" that only come to THIS Target Starbucks for the very same reason that I do.
