Walked in for tuna sub and elderly lady emerged from behind the store. No handwashing and went for the gloves. I ordered cheese... bread which was lying on the cooling rack. She started arguing and started asking if I was Indian. I simply walked out. I feelfor these hard working owners who see their investment going down the drain and they taking out on customers. So I came to this location before they closed a little after 10:45pm since they close at 11pm and the open sign was on but the... door was locked. I knocked on the door the employee working this shift came out from the back and looked at me like I was in thewrong. I waved. She waved back. I pointed and her open sign and she shook her head. I pointed at her hours she said somethingwalked to the back and turned off the open sign. Current time : 10:54pm. This is what happens when you hire bad employees,wonder how many times she?s pulled this stunt. This subway needs to better vet their employees to at least follow the hours theyhave posted up. Management is very nasty and rude . The only reason why I go to this Subway is because of one your employees TJ treat me well... and with kindness and like a queen where the rest need to learn how to treat ppl and learn customer service they need to learnoff of the guy tj . He is very sweet and kind and he talks with every customer that he help and makes then smile.... Really wishto see him work more there . Read more
I can't imagine what had happened in this place from reading the reviews....from alleged racism to bad employees. Well, luckily... that seems to have changed. I have been here many times and the employees are friendly, attentive and provide a decent Subwayexperience. The sandwich is certainly not the best sub I have ever had.....but, for the price, it is a decent quick lunch. Noproblems at this place.... everything is kewl. Read more
The AC was not working and the place was hot as hell. The employee was not very friendly which I understood because of the heat... in the place. The owners need to do better than this. My understanding was the AC been bad all day and they have peopleworking in that kind of condition. They should be a shame of them self. Read more
Zero stars for this place. The service from the lady in the mornings is horrible. Ghetto ghetto ghetto!!! I have to drive to... another subway for breakfast because I can't stand being treated like I am an inconvenience. Last time I decide to seat thereand eat in. While she was talking to another customer she had the nerve to make racist comments towards Spanish people and howshe threw out of the restaurant Spanish people before. I don't want an apology I just feel is my duty to warn other customersand also the poor owner of this franchise who thinks their employees are doing what they're supposed to do. I am so appalled by the service provided by employees at this store tonight. Not only rudeness but racist comments were thrown... towards me in front of 2 eleven years old kids -my daughter and her friend . Her lack of respect and care for her job is obvious... She even had the audacity to yell DO NOT COME BACK as we were walking away... I for sure won't come back as far as thisindividual is still employed there. I demand an apology from the store manager - to me and my daughter and her friend . I havenever ever been treated so poorly at any restaurant, let alone at a Subway restaurant !!! if you can avoid to go to this placewhile this rude lady with raspy voice works there, by all means do...
