Went to this location Friday the 21st. Arrived to see a long line. Waited in this line and received my order just to see an... unauthorized order on my card of $500+ just two days after the purchase. There is no doubt in my mind that this fraudulentactivity happened at this location being that it's the only place I used this card in the past months. Made me wait 10+ mins at 1st window to save drive thru time, nobody else in line. Got home and supreme items weren't made... supreme, nacho fries had no nacho cheese. Went back and employee was going to redo it until ROB said no. Then was having anattitude with me. Said I was lying lol why would I drive back and have my dinner get cold. He refused to remake the order. Isaid I'll dispute the charge. He said, with a MAJOR ATTITUDE, go ahead dispute it and call corporate! Wow, he really lacks cs.He said you and everyone else swears there order is wrong wanting free food. How dare he insult me and question my integrity. Hefinally remade it. He also said he made my 1st order, well he screwed it up and won't take ownership. I also said I waited 10minutes before they told me to go to the pick up window. He said I had a large order. What a joke. 1 box, 2 fries 3 burritosand a taco. That is far from a large order. I most certainly will call corporate because he should never talk to anyone the wayhe did to me. 900 n Broadway store. I just no went through the drive through the lady said the only COMBOS we have are 1 5 and 8. I said... what else do you have. This has to be the worst taco bell I've ever been to. The manager is walking around scratching her head with out a net all over... the store. The line talked more than they worked. One lady had her infant child with her as she worked. Worst experience ever Read more
So I went to pick up food from this location at 10:07pm. The service was terrible. For starters the young lady at the window was... a tad bit rude. Had to ask for napkins and ask for a receipt to which she rolled her eyes. I ordered a toasted cheddar Chalupawith no sour cream. Once I reached home I realized I received a toasted cheddar Chalupa with lots of sour cream. Completelydisappointed! I will never visit this location again. Read more
Had some takeout for dinner. Usually the ????tacos at this location are light on the beef, today they were decently filled and... good. Service was fast and friendly. ???? Restaurant was clean and well kept. Both Kiosks were working for easy ordering. :) Read more
THE WORST!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Nothing is fresh nor hot! They pre prepare the food & fries and the stack them up on top of... each other then put them under a heat lamp that wasn?t even plugged in for who knows how long! DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED!! Therewere flies pitching all on the food sitting there!! The health department need to be called! If I didn?t go inside I wouldn?thave seen this.. Why is this the second time I have come here late at night before closing time & they tell me that ?all they have? is a hard... shell taco? This is the 2nd time!
