The worst!! Place a mobile order which the app hardly ever works properly. I ordered chocolate frosty and when I arrived they... didn?t have chocolate and was asked if I would like STRAWBERRY instead. I took a gulp of it and it was PEPPERMINT notstrawberry. I asked the guy and he just shrugged his shoulder. Accuracy of what your products are is important when sellingfood. People have specific preferences and allergies just because the color is pink they are two completely different items. TheFrostys ended up being trashed because we didn?t care for the flavor of Peppermint. Fries were cold but being hungry and upsetabout the whole situation I was just ready to get out of there. Good food, good service. Always clean. The line sometimes take a while but you can see the employees are always busting their... butt to keep things moving. Prices are a little high but thats all Wendys and i guess it its the economy as a whole thesedays. Can't go wrong with a $5 bag deal though Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Horrible nasty attitudes! Arguing with me over a mobile order that I was clearly charged for and... showed proof that my order went through and was paid for and they want to act ignorant and ignore me!!! NEVER coming back! Fast and fresh food. First time at this location and so far the best! Tyler was my Cashier and he was very polite and great... customer service skills, he gave off chick fil a customer service. I recommend this location. Fresh and fast food. Read more
Rude employees. Employees were looking at me weird because they can't get my order correct. Wild. They can't put extra cheese on... a salad because it's already made. Not worth it here anymore for the lack of customer service. Super weird vibes like they willspit in your food or something. Read more

dont you just love when you get to wendys 40 mins BEFORE THEY CLOSE, to wait in line for about 20 mins just to get to the... speaker phone, and have noone answer. then you get to the window and knock to see if they?re taking orders at the window just tobe told that they closed early to start cleaning up.. mind you they close at 2! there was A LINE of cars ahead and behind me(picture reference since about 6 more cars pulled in while on our way out) who one by one left trying to figure out where to gothats open now, bc this location likes to close early. honestly so annoying and love how the employee at the window slammed thewindow shut mid sentence of us of talking, greeeaaat management.
